These delicious porridge oats have been sprouted to release the vital nutrients found inside the wholegrain. Normal oats are steamed before being turned into flakes. These are simply sprouted and rolled. They have a full oaty flavour and make a satisfying porridge!
Directions:
IN A PAN:
Bring to a boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes until most of the water has cooked down, stirring occasionally.
IN A MICROWAVE:
Pour the oats & half the liquid into a bowl. Cook on full power for 2 minutes then stir. Add half the remaining liquid, cook for 1 minute, then stir. Add the rest of the liquid, cook for one minute then stir and leave to cool and thicken for a minute.
